Ummar Hanif, BA CIHCM
Ummar is the Managing Director and Founder of UKDC.
Prior to setting the company up Ummar spent a large part of his professional career working across England & Scotland as a Senior Manager for a number of large real estate companies during which time he had responsibility for housing management, asset management, development and property services.
Ummar now spends a lot of his time advising UK Government on global real estate investment and working with private developers delivering housing sites across the UK. Ummar is also advising clients in the delivery of modular off site housing construction with live sites throughout the country.
